Arizona has a surprisingly large number of independent coffee houses, and this is one of my new favorites called Wild Iris that serves a delicious concoction called the Mexican Latte. It is tucked away in the small town of Prescott, and is a great little get away for some weekend me-time.
I’ve noticed this project going around on some of my favorite blogs such as Che and Fidel, Seventy Tree, and Bleubird. I started my own blog at the beginning of the year as a New Year’s Resolution, to live more creatively and deliberately, and to be in the present moment. I know I’m a little late for the Portrait a Week Project, but since I take so many photos of Miss Em anyway, I’d like to create a little portfolio. I will post these on Mondays, and as for the rest of my blog, I’m hoping to mix up my posts with pics from daily life that focus on family and design. Thanks for dropping by!
